These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at Dj-Clix.
When registering at Dj-Clix, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of this terms, you must not register.
Dj-Clix may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Dj-Clix. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Dj-Clix program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

-- EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY we are no longer accepting members from the following countries due to the large number of auto-bots, multiple accounts and IP's. CHINA, TAIWAN
Dj-Clix has the right to implement additional country restriction if necessary
-- You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
-- You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You have to use readable (english) fonts (lettertype). You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Dj-Clix account. You must have your own payment processor ID.
-- You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the Account link.
-- You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Dj-Clix account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
-- Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Dj-Clix be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination
--You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up Dj-Clix. You agree to receive e-mail advertising and announcements from Dj-Clix. Limited to no more than 1 per day.
-- In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Dj-Clix, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Members who haven't been active for 30 days or more, where active is clicking an advertisers ad or login in at Dj-Clix, will loose their accounts and can not claim their earnings or their downline. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Referrals

-- You may refer as many people as you want.
-- Every one of your referrals, as users, must have unique email addresses and unique Payment Addresses.
-- You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
-- You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you and bought by you in our site.
-- You can only bought referrals when they are available.
-- The amount of direct referrals and bought referrals is unlimited.

Cheating

-- With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:

* Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.

* Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.

* Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

* We do not allow that one person has multiple accounts.

* We do not allow members using Proxy.

* Turning Numbers: First and most importantly, if you have trouble seeing the turning numbers, or if they do not load, do not just click any number. Close the page. If you click 30 bad turning numbers in a month, you will be deleted.

* Profiles: As a member, you need to have everything in your profile filled out correctly. Any member who has missing information or inaccurate information will be deleted without notice. If cheat keywords are selected in your profile, you will lose your account without notice.

* Paid To Sign Up: You must submit the confirmation email including headers from the program you are signing up for. Do not send in an e-mail address. If anything besides the confirmation email is submitted, you will be deleted. If you do not know how to use this section, either ask someone who does know how to use it, or do not use it.

* * * If we catch you cheating at one of our sites, you will be deleted from all that we own. There will be NO exceptions!

Paid To Promote Clause:

-- Your PTP Link must NOT be advertised in any other PTP Rotators and Auto Surf Sites! Your PTP Page are NOT ALLOWED to be promoted in any Floating/Popup Ads, banner ads, Iframes or frames not visible at first glance, where you have to scroll down to see them. Doing so will lead to suspension of your account and loosing your PTP earnings. Dont cheat! Аll incoming PTP traffic are recorded, we will catch you and you will lose all your earnings and your account.

Relationship of the Parties:

-- You and Dj-Clix are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Dj-Clix. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Dj-Clix. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability

-- Dj-Clix will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Dj-Clix program, even if Dj-Clix has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Dj-Clix aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Advertising Terms

-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

Ad Purchases Terms

Payments made to Dj-Clix using PayPal are only accepted from verified PayPal accounts. Payments made using unverified PayPal accounts won't be accepted.

Ad purchases are a digital good and are therefore final. No refunds given on any purchases for any reason.

A Charge-back or Filing a Claim will result in your immediate account deletion.

Payments

-- Members will be paid via PayPal, AlertPay & Liberty Reserve. Dj-Clix will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Dj-Clix. Which is $0.20 for Basic Members, NO-MINIMUM for Premium/Upgraded Members. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment limited to 1 per week. PayPal and AlertPay payouts are processed via masspay, so no fees would occur for the members by PayPal/AlertPay. All payout requests will be processed 24-48 hours after being requested.

How to avoid account termination?

*Each member that wants to be paid by Dj-Clix Network sites must be VERIFIED with PayPal or AlertPay.

*UnVERIFIED PayPal/AlertPay MEMBERS: If you have an UnVerified PayPal/AlertPay account, you will only be able to redeem site earnings for advertising. So, Verify your PayPal/AlertPay Account!

* We do not allow that one person has multiple accounts.

* We do not allow members using Proxy.

* We do not allow members using auto-click programs.

* As a member, you need to have everything in your profile filled out correctly. Any member who has missing information or inaccurate information will be deleted without notice.

Spam:

-- You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Dj-Clix and may result in legal prosecution. Dj-Clix strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Dj-Clix will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
